Creating Textures?

Hey everyone! I know one of the hardest parts about creating a game or game asset is trying to create the perfect texture, or where to find one if I know I can't create it myself. I have spent a lot of time researching different sites, but one that I keep going back to just because it is has great content that is always updating is Textures.com. The content on here is phenomenal! Not only can you find realistic seamless textures, but there is an assortment of random PNG files to help you create the perfect texture for your game! Another great aspect is that you can download the files for FREE! One downside for using the free part is that you are limited to 15 image downloads a day, which if you get all of the image formats for just one texture (Normals, Albedo, etc.) you might only be able to get 3 or 4 full textures a day depending on what you want. There is an option to get more by purchasing credits, but for the most part you will be able to get what you want. Whether you are creating a medieval style game, or a futuristic one, there will always be something there for you to use.
